Addition of Real Time Weather Monitoring

Thanks to Peter Kinghorn, I have been able to add real-time reporting on Slaggyford weather - see the "Slaggyford Weather" tab above.
This is perfect and just the type of thing I would like to build the site with. Any other ideas, contributions...
